3) Eligibility and Accounts
- Browsing is for the general public; however, you must be at least 16 years old to create an account or submit any content.
- You are responsible for your account credentials and activity. Notify us via the contact form of any unauthorized use.
- We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts or features (including any “Verified” or similar status) at our sole discretion.
4) User Submissions and License
“User Submissions” include any content you provide (e.g., game titles, descriptions, metadata, update notes, images, artwork, videos, links, tags, and comments).
- You retain ownership of your User Submissions.
- To operate and promote the Service, you grant WebGrid Software a non‑exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty‑free, transferable, and sublicensable license to host, store, cache, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, publicly perform, and publicly display your User Submissions in any media now known or later developed, including for Service operation, moderation, backups, discovery features, editorial curation, and marketing/promotional uses for the Service and its listings.
- You represent and warrant that you (a) are the developer/publisher/company or otherwise have all necessary rights and permissions to submit the content and grant the above license; (b) the content is accurate and lawful; and (c) you have obtained consent for any personal data or likenesses contained in the content.
- We may edit, format, refuse, remove, downrank, or restore any content at our sole discretion for any reason, including to comply with law or our policies.
- Content you delete may remain in backups, logs, or where others have copied or interacted with it. We may preserve and disclose content as required by law or to protect rights and safety.
5) Prohibited Content and Conduct
You may not upload, link to, or promote content that is illegal, infringing, hateful or harassing, pornographic, sexually explicit, exploitative, containing malware or exploits, spam, doxxing, or otherwise harmful. You may not:

6) Payments, Advertising, and Affiliate Links
- The Service may include advertisements and affiliate links. We may receive compensation when you click or purchase through such links. We are not responsible for third‑party products, stores, or policies.
- Payments (if offered) may be processed by third‑party processors. Their terms and privacy policies apply. Prices may exclude taxes and fees. Except where required by law, all payments are non‑refundable.
7) Intellectual Property
- The Service, its design, software, databases, and content (excluding User Submissions) are the property of WebGrid Software or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws.
